Product Operations Specialist

The Role
Stayntouch is looking for a Product Operations Specialist to help improve how product work moves from research through delivery and into go-to-market.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on helping Product Managers and Product Owners bring features successfully to launch and ensure smooth alignment across Engineering, GTM, and the wider business. As Product Owners move onto new priorities, this role helps maintain continuity and clarity across delivery and release activities.
This role works closely with the SVP of Product and Director of Product to improve how we operate as a product organization.
Key Responsibilities
Improve how product work flows across research, delivery, and go-to-market
Ensure product features are clearly prepared, communicated, and successfully launched across Engineering and GTM
Improve handoffs between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer-facing teams
Drive consistency in planning, communication, and product delivery practices
Improve visibility of roadmap, delivery progress, and product outcomes
Help implement practical improvements to product processes in alignment with the Product team
Qualifications
2–4 years’ experience in Product, Product Operations, or a similar role
Hospitality / hospitality tech experience is required
Strong understanding of how product teams work end-to-end (research β†’ delivery β†’ launch β†’ adoption)
Comfortable working across teams and driving alignment
Structured, pragmatic, and hands-on
