Product Operations Manager

Remote Full-time

As a Product Operations Manager at T-Mobile, you'll have the unique opportunity to help shape the future of mobile technology. We are looking for a creative, motivated, and results-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving product operations and helping to ensure our products are delivered on time and within budget.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of product operations experience, preferably in a telecommunications setting. You should be a strategic problem-solver who is comfortable working collaboratively and independently, as well as taking initiative to improve our products and services. In addition, you should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. If this sounds like you, we'd love for you to join our team!

Responsibilities:
Oversee product operations, including budgeting and timelines, to ensure that all products are delivered on time and within budget.
Develop and implement strategies to improve product operations and customer experience.
Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to make recommendations for improvement.
Ensure that product operations are executed in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure that product operations are meeting business goals.
Prepare and present reports on product operations performance.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during product operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
Train and mentor team members on product operations policies and procedures.
Implement best practices and new technologies to optimize product operations.
