Product Operations Analyst, World Wide Revenue Operations
About the position
Responsibilities
• Perform data entry, data management, and pricing calculations.
• Interpret complex pricing contracts and establish pricing structures.
• Create and execute data quality programs and audits focused on standardization and accuracy.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
• Proactively identify and implement data and operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
• Retrieve and evaluate data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems.
• Conduct hands-on data mining to execute on projects.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in business, accounting, or a related field.
• 1+ year(s) of relevant professional experience.
• Experience retrieving and analyzing data using Excel and CRM tools (such as Salesforce.com).
• Background in contract creation/review and contractual verbiage.
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
