Product Operations Analyst

The Accounting Manager will lead a team while shaping the future of NEOGOV’s accounting operations as the company builds it's AI product toolset and expands it's operations.

We are seeking a Product Operations Analyst to support the execution engine of our Product organization. This role helps ensure our initiatives, releases, and enablement efforts run smoothly across teams and stakeholders. You will work closely with Product leaders, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive execution cadence, maintain executive visibility, and support product launches and organizational rhythms.

This role sits at the center of how Product operates — part program coordination, part operational enablement, and part portfolio reporting — offering strong exposure to product strategy and leadership.
• Drive Product Execution Rhythm
• Coordinate product planning and release management activities across HCM and platform products
• Maintain planning calendars, release schedules, and cross-team coordination checkpoints
• Track initiative progress and ensure visibility into risks, blockers, and status updates
• Support Portfolio Reporting & Executive Scorecards
• Maintain initiative tracking dashboards and executive reporting materials
• Compile updates from Product teams and prepare leadership scorecards
• Help ensure consistent reporting standards across product areas
• Enable Cross-Functional Product Launches
• Coordinate readiness activities across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Enablement, and Operations
• Help develop launch materials, release communications, and internal enablement assets
• Track post-launch adoption and follow-up actions
• Support Product Enablement & Organizational Cadence
• Coordinate product enablement battle rhythms including:
• Customer enablement sessions
• Sales enablement updates
• Product organization operating reviews
• Build agendas, templates, and presentation materials
• Facilitate meeting logistics and follow-through on action items
• Improve Product Operating Efficiency
• Maintain templates, documentation, and internal product communication artifacts
• Identify opportunities to improve execution workflows and coordination across teams
• Support adoption of new planning and collaboration tools
• Own administration, optimization, and adoption of product-owned tooling (e.g., Unleash, Aha!, Gainsight PX), ensuring these platforms effectively support product planning, experimentation, and customer insight workflows across the organization

Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders
A strong communicator who can synthesize updates into clear summaries
Curious about how product organizations operate and deliver value
Proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously

What You Have
2–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Coordination, PMO, Business Operations, or related roles
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS or technology environment preferred
Strong presentation and documentation skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.)
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms
Strong organizational and communication skills
