Your coordination skills and marketing insight will help deliver high-impact programs, fast.Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, webinars, events, and content programs.
Partner with internal teams and agencies to develop email marketing, landing pages, and sales collateral.
Manage production timelines, review deliverables, and ensure all assets meet brand and quality standards.
Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Support sales enablement efforts by aligning marketing activities with field and sales goals.
Maintain campaign trackers, team documentation, and shared workspaces for smooth operations.
Analyze marketing performance data and report insights to optimize future campaigns.
Contribute to creative processes including content reviews, brainstorming, and project feedback.
Serve as a central connector across people, tools, and resources to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or project management.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and manage multiple projects independently.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote, global team environment.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and project management tools.
Preferred Skills:
Background in a tech company or marketing agencyFoundational knowledge of B2B marketing, cybersecurity, or demand generation.
Experience using tools like Workfront, Eloqua, Salesforce, Smartsheet, or Asana.
Exposure to product marketing or sales enablement teams.
