This position consults with others in Consumer Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Research & Administration, Digital Transformation, Innovation or business areas to gain input to develop, execute and measure the marketing plan. The Sr Consultant must possess a variety of competencies including strong attention-to-detail, advanced communication skills, strong copyediting and ability to judge creative and provide constructive feedback to both internal and external partners. This position will support specialty line vehicle products. Key Responsibilities • Work with solid level of independence on new or unfamiliar projects • Manage required day-to-day tasks, including status report and timeline management, meeting coordination, legal and key stakeholder approvals, and maintaining centralized files for reference and compliance. • Manage the planning, creative development and implementation of integrated marketing communications to support various programs and strategies, offering solutions and recommendations to manager and other contributing team members • Initiate ideas and actions on cross-functional teams • Contribute to integration across marketing teams and other departments, building relationships with internal and external business partners and resources • Assist with the development of presentations, program overviews, recaps, and other materials for internal meetings and presentations; present work internally to marketing leadership and other business partners • Manage program budgets and provide monthly and quarterly budget forecasts to internal finance team • *Experience** • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities • This job does not have supervisory duties. • *Skills** Collaboration, Insurance Product Knowledge, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Campaign Development, Marketing Communications (MarCom), Marketing Planning, Marketing Strategies, Product Marketing • *Compensation** Compensation offered for this role is 70,100.00 - 121,475.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
