Product Marketing Manager, Competitive Intelligence
Job Description:
• *Core Responsibilities****Competitive Intelligence Leadership**- Developing and maintaining a structured competitive intelligence program including win/loss- Analyzing competitors’ product capabilities, roadmap signals, AI positioning, and go-to-market strategies- Monitoring, aggregating, synthesizing and communicating market trends and emerging AI use cases relevant to M-Files- Delivering clear, actionable insights to product management, go-to-market teams and leadership**AI-Focused Market Analysis**- Assessing competitive positioning in AI-driven automation, content intelligence, and enterprise information management- Identifying competitive gaps and opportunities aligned with Board-level priorities- Partnering with Product Management to translate findings into roadmap recommendations**Sales Enablement**- Creating and maintaining battlecards, objection-handling guides, and competitive messaging- Supporting Sales with deal-specific competitive insights when needed- Conducting internal training sessions to improve competitive fluency**Cross-Functional Collaboration**- Acting as the bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Services on competitive topics- Ensuring messaging reflects current product capabilities and roadmap direction- Sharing structured insights with leadership on competitive risks and opportunities
Requirements:
• * What We Are Looking For**- 3-4 years of experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, product strategy, consulting, or similar roles- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex insights into clear recommendations- Demonstrated interest or experience in AI-related technologies- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Hands-on, self-starter mindset - comfortable building processes from the ground up**Preferred**- Prior experience in the DMS/ECM market- Background in enterprise software or B2B SaaS- Experience creating sales enablement materials (battlecards, competitive decks, win/loss summaries)
