You will serve as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing, translating product innovation into clear, compelling narratives that drive pipeline growth and strengthen market leadership.We are specifically seeking a candidate with strong, hands-on experience in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), or closely related enterprise planning domains. Familiarity with the SPM vendor landscape and buyer dynamics is essential, and prior exposure to platforms in this space is a strong advantage.This is an individual contributor role, focused on owning and driving product marketing initiatives end to end while partnering closely with cross functional stakeholders.

Positioning, Messaging, and Market NarrativeOwn and evolve OnePlanâs positioning within the SPM and enterprise planning spaceTranslate product capabilities, including AI-driven innovation, into clear, differentiated value for enterprise buyersDevelop messaging that resonates across key stakeholders including CIOs, PMO leaders, and executive teamsEnsure consistency of product narrative across website, campaigns, sales materials, and analyst communicationGo-To-Market Strategy and ExecutionLead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches and major enhancementsPartner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align on priorities and drive coordinated executionSupport enterprise sales with strong narratives, deal positioning, and tailored messaging for complex cyclesSales Enablement and Cross-Functional AlignmentAct as the connective layer between Product Management, Marketing, and SalesEquip Sales with clear positioning, competitive context, and objection-handling frameworksContribute to demand generation, content, and thought leadership with a strong product and market lensCompetitive Intelligence and Analyst RelationsOwn competitive intelligence across the SPM and enterprise planning landscape, including battlecards and win/loss insightsMonitor market trends and competitor positioning to inform strategy and messagingBuild and manage relationships with key analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others), including briefings and research participationLeverage analyst insights to continuously refine positioning and go-to-market approachMarket Insight and Feedback LoopGather insights from customers, analysts, and sales to understand market needs and buying behaviorTranslate insights into actionable recommendations for Product and MarketingHelp ensure strong alignment between product direction and real market demand
Our Ideal Fit
Domain expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), or enterprise planning platforms is a must have5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise softwareExperience positioning complex solutions to enterprise, multi-stakeholder buyersProven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teamsStrong communication and presentation skills, including executive-level messagingBonus Points:Familiarity with leading platforms and trends within the SPM ecosystemExperience with analyst relations and industry evaluationsExposure to AI-driven enterprise solutions and modern SaaS platforms
