In 2024 alone, more than 50 million virtual looks were created.Our AchievementsRepresented the Ukrainian IT sector at Web Summit and Mobile World Congress Barcelona.Finalists of the Startup World Cup Ukraine.Nominated for the 2024 Mobile Game Awards in the “Best Indie Developer” category.What You'll Be DoingOwn the user acquisition funnel as a product - from idea to execution to optimization.Analyze competitors, market trends, and user behavior to uncover new growth opportunities.Continuously generate, validate, and prioritize bold hypotheses for A/B tests and funnel improvements.Drive the full cycle of funnel experiments: ideation → design → development → analytics → insights → scale.Partner closely with cross-functional teams: performance marketing, product, analytics, creative, and engineering - to execute fast.Collaborate with creative team to develop campaigns with sharp, clear value propositions.Exploit AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, automation frameworks) to accelerate research, ideation, and execution.What Will Help You Thrive2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Product Management, Performance Marketing, or similar roles.Solid understanding of user acquisition funnels, retention loops, unit economics, and the metrics that matter.Proven ability to run A/B tests, analyze results, and derive actionable insights.Experience working with analytics tools (Amplitude, GA, Tableau, etc.) and turning data into stories & actions.Strong research skills - able to spot trends, analyze competitors, and understand user needs deeply.Upper-Intermediate English or higher - you can clearly articulate ideas, hypotheses, and results.What We OfferRemote work and flexible schedule — work from wherever you're most comfortable.20 days of paid vacation + unlimited sick leave.Compensation for work equipment and snacks.Access to a corporate knowledge base, community, and training.Health insurance (in Ukraine) and a corporate doctor.Originally posted on Himalayas
