Product Marketing Associate

They are seeking a Product Marketing Associate to support their Marketing team by conducting market research, competitive intelligence, and product storytelling while gaining exposure to core product marketing workflows. Responsibilities Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy Build and maintain AI-native research and analysis workflows to scale insights across the organization Analyze sales calls to identify trends, objections, and opportunities to improve messaging and demos Support the creation and iteration of product marketing assets, including slides, one-pagers, and internal enablement materials, using Figma and Google Slides Help manage change management processes related to demos, messaging updates, and market/customer feedback Partner with Product Marketing Managers to support launches, enablement, and ongoing optimization efforts Skills One plus years of experience in consulting, business operations, market research or a similar role Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize insights into clear takeaways Comfort working with modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail across written and visual work Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-growth environment Familiarity with B2B SaaS, Healthcare, or enterprise software Experience with Figma, Gong, or CRM tools Benefits Competitive Equity Packages Employer paid medical insurance Employer paid dental insurance Employer paid vision insurance Employer funded HSA Parental Leave Commuter Benefits Office Lunches Everyday Office Snacks Generous PTO Company Overview Adonis is a revenue intelligence and automation platform built for healthcare that improve critical RCM outcomes.
