Product Manager Solana Ton more Restaking
## You will
Manage the product at the growth and scaling stage and a team
Shape the future of DeFi with our groundbreaking restaking solutions
Work with a diverse client base, from retail investors to major institutions
Lead the product development and market expansion strategies
Analyze key metrics, conduct market research, and develop products that meet customer expectations.
Develop a product culture in the team: ownership, data-driven approach, effective collaboration, etc.
Work really closely with the team on a daily basis to ensure product success and achievement of key metrics goals (DevOps, developers, marketing, sales, finance)
Actively participate in the community life (collaboration with other network participants, find ways “how to help people and network to grow together”, create a good relationship with blockchain foundation)
## You have
At least 5+ years of Product Management experience in fast-growing tech startups, with a focus on crypto/fintech companies
Deep expertise in Blockchain & Web3, with hands-on experience in the blockchain, DeFi, or Web3 space
A successful portfolio of B2B products you’re proud of, where you’ve been directly involved from ideation and development through to go-to-market implementation, including legal, marketing, and sales
Accountable for overall product results in terms of revenue and business metrics
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from developers to investors and community members, even without direct authority
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
