Main responsibilities Own the product lifecycle from conception to release and beyond. From ideation & discovery to creating actionable and complete user stories, monitoring and reacting to the impact on the company’s goalsStay on top of AI trends - understand how LLMs, agentic systems, RAGs and similar AI solutions are evolving. Analyze market trends and translate insights into product improvementsGather customer & stakeholder needs to form product requirementsEngage closely with the engineering team to determine the best technical implementation methods, as well as prioritize feature developmentDevelop and implement product roadmap together with key stakeholders from marketing to engineeringDefine product metrics and monitor them using collected data points Core requirements At least 5 years of experience working as a Product Manager or Product OwnerExperience building AI-driven productsStrong technical background or a deep understanding of AI conceptsProduct development expertise and hands-on experience in product feature analysis, ideally in Enterprise B2B SaaSAbility to understand highly technical & AI topics, and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiencesSense of ownership and accountability, capable to plan your work effectivelyGet Things Done attitude, mixed with a creative approach when needed Salary Range
