About the position Uniguest is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Product Manager to join our Global Product Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product roadmaps focused on driving customer outcomes and contributing to company growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare SaaS products, data analytics, and technical integrations. This position is remote and based within the United States. We particularly encourage applications from candidates located in the Central or Eastern U.S. time zones. Responsibilities • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and build innovative capabilities aligned with strategic growth objectives, driving customer outcomes and differentiation for our healthcare product portfolio. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform and refine the product roadmap. • Agile Product Ownership: Serve as the Product Owner within an Agile Scrum environment, expertly managing the product backlog, crafting high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria, and guiding features through development, testing, and release. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams – including engineering, design, sales, marketing, services, and support – to ensure successful product launches and strong market adoption. Crucially, engage directly with key customers – clinical, operational, IT, and patient experience leaders – to deeply understand patient workflows, challenges, and unmet needs, directly informing product decisions. • Documentation & Communication: Develop and maintain clear, compelling customer-facing product documentation, including release notes, feature guides, and capability one-pagers, ensuring customers are effectively informed and supported. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Drive product performance through data-driven decision-making, rigorous experimentation, and continuous iteration, leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. Requirements • Skilled in Agile methodologies and the full SDLC, with strong capabilities in requirements elicitation and translating needs into clear user stories. • Deep experience with SaaS products and technical integrations, including APIs, vendor software, and collaboration with development or systems‑integration teams. • Experience integrating with Epic or partnering with major healthcare vendors or digital‑engagement platforms. • Entrepreneurial mindset focused on driving product‑led growth and market impact. • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills; thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments. • 5+ years in Healthcare Product Management or 7+ years in the healthcare industry; familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is a plus. • Background in patient engagement technologies, digital health, or care‑coordination platforms. • Confident working directly with healthcare system stakeholders—clinical, operational, IT, and patient‑experience to understand needs and drive meaningful outcomes. • Solid understanding of SaaS product management and the Agile lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. • High technical fluency and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, commercial, and business teams. • Growth mindset with a passion for learning, experimentation, and delivering innovations that improve patient and provider experiences. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or relevant field, or equivalent professional experience. • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
