JOB SUMMARY: As a Product Manager, youβll own the end-to-end digital feature lifecycle β from opportunity assessment through launch and optimization. Youβll work in a distributed, AI-enabled product culture, partnering closely with designers and engineers to translate business needs into great user experiences. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: β’ Capture, propose, and validate new digital features β’ Identify opportunities β Collaborate with your business unit to surface feature ideas rooted in business needs and user pain points. β’ Validate ideas β Conduct light research and analysis to assess feasibility and ROI. β’ Write POAs β Summarize business context, ROI potential, and risks in a Product Opportunity Assessment. β’ Define and document feature requirements β’ Write PRDs β Create clear, concise Product Requirements Documents. β’ Outline user journeys β Capture happy/unhappy paths and key edge cases. β’ Collaborate cross-functionally β Align with stakeholders to clarify scope and define MVP. β’ Drive design and delivery in partnership with product design and engineering β’ Support design β Join design sessions and help resolve real-time trade-offs. β’ Serve as internal customer β Provide engineering with business and user context. β’ Support development β Help with QA, scope adjustments, and sprint questions. β’ Ensure clarity and alignment throughout the feature lifecycle β’ Track status β Manage stakeholder deliverables, risks, and dependencies. β’ Drive decisions β Facilitate trade-offs and unblock teams. β’ Communicate clearly β Keep teams informed and aligned. β’ Evaluate and iterate on released features β’ Measure performance β Assess feature success via data and feedback. β’ Drive post-launch follow-up β Identify and prioritize improvements. β’ Contribute to product ops β Suggest improvements to product workflows. β’ Support business development and client success β’ Support sales initiatives β Join sales/client calls and assist with RFIs. β’ Lead digital product client discovery β Scope customization requests in partnership with design and engineering. β’ Support user engagement initiatives β Review user campaigns for alignment with key journeys. QUALIFICATIONS: β’ 2+ years of experience as a Digital Product Manager β’ Extensive experience owning the full digital feature lifecycle β from user and client need-finding, to validation and requirements documentation, to design support, development coordination, and post-launch iteration β’ Experience collaborating closely with business leaders, product designers and engineers, and driving clarity through structured product documentation (e.g. POAs, PRDs) β’ Track record of using AI to enhance digital product feature workflows with clear human judgment and outcome ownership β’ Experience as a Digital Product Manager in designing for a B2B2C, SaaS product suite DESIRED: β’ Experience as a Digital Product Manager in designing for EdTech, FinTech, and wellness digital products TRAVEL: ~10% WHAT WE OFFER: β’ 401(k) β’ Dental insurance β’ Health insurance β’ Life insurance β’ Flex Vacation Time Plan β’ Vision insurance Job Type: Full Time Work Location: Remote (USA).
