Product Manager, Partner Experience

Remote Full-time
Job Description:
• Own and maintain a clear, outcome-based roadmap for the Partner Experience platform.
• Translate company goals into well-scoped initiatives and prioritized execution plans.
• Make thoughtful trade-offs balancing partner impact, technical constraints, team capacity, and long-term platform strategy.
• Communicate roadmap decisions, trade-offs, and changes clearly to stakeholders.
• Own day-to-day agile execution including backlog management, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, and delivery cadence.
• Partner closely with Engineering to manage dependencies, sequence work effectively, and support predictable, high-quality delivery.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale complex processes into durable product capabilities.
• Build with scale in mind — ensuring solutions work across institutions with varying policies, data structures, and systems.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success to support successful launches, onboarding, and adoption.

Requirements:
• 4–5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or workflow-driven products
• Strong experience running agile delivery practices from idea through release
• Proven ability to productize manual or bespoke processes into scalable software
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers on APIs, integrations, data models, and system constraints
• Highly organized and structured in turning ambiguity into clear execution plans
• Pragmatic, outcome-oriented, and thoughtful about trade-offs
• Ownership and care in seeing work through
• Curious, collaborative, and open to feedback
• Energized by mission-driven work that improves student outcomes.

Benefits:
• Make a meaningful impact on how colleges and universities support transfer students.
• Join a small, high-performing team where your work is visible and valued.
• Shape and scale products at a pivotal stage of company growth.
• Work with humble, hardworking teammates who believe in integrity, collaboration, and doing things the right way.
