Product Manager, Mobile

Job Description: • Own product features from conception to implementation and beyond • Collaborate across Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing to deliver a world-class product • Launch new products that support our mission of connecting people to jobs • Work closely with your empowered product triad (engineering and design) and go-to-market teams to build amazing products • Develop prototypes through qualitative and quantitative research to operationalize your product strategy • Create a product strategy to help propel and continue our growth Requirements: • Ability to make things happen • Ability to turn complexity and uncertainty into awesomeness • Self-starter with an appetite and ability to own a large part of the product • Product management experience in SaaS • Good grasp of UX • Empathy and active listening • Penchant for data-informed decision-making • Excellent communication skills and used to communicate with a variety of stakeholders • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams on complex projects • Attention to detail • Aspiration to be an excellent colleague and teammate • Dedication and ability to learn independently and as part of a team • Fluent in English • Experience working with job boards (both mainstream & niche) or in the recruitment software space preferred • Familiarity with AI, data science, and data engineering preferred • Good understanding of how software products leverage machine learning algorithms preferred • Experience in product internationalisation and localisation, or in building for global audiences preferred Benefits: • Competitive salaries • Generous equity Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
