Job description: We are looking for a Product Manager who is an expert at working with large language models. This role will be responsible for creating and prioritizing a backlog of generative AI projects at BOLD, authoring prompts and evaluating their results. This individual will also work with engineering to productize services based on these prompts, and measure both the impact and quality of these systems in the context of the end-user.Job DescriptionABOUT THIS TEAMThis position works within the Content Tech Product Team (Ctech). This team develops strategic, platform-content capabilities that address Bold's customers around the world and across multiple product surfaces. This role works closely with backend engineering teams and partners with frontend teams.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop requirements and manage the delivery of new product capabilities and offerings
Author and evaluate prompts
Work on internal platforms and customer-facing experiences
Understand and create new best practices for working with large language models
Elevate the capabilities of Bold's product organization to conceptualize, create, and deliver product experiences powered by large language models.
Execute BOLD's generative AI services strategy.
WJAT YOU'LL NEED
5+ years' experience as a product manager or equivalent experience
English proficiency
Experience analyzing and working with qualitative and quantitative data
Ability to develop, prioritize, and execute a product roadmap
Experience personalizing product experiences for different customers
Ability to unite and align stakeholders by synthesizing data and research into product strategy
Being open to working till noon pacific time (9pm Polish time) 3 days per week. You would collaborate with geographically-distributed team members in US, India, and Poland.
WHAT'S GOOD TO HAVE
Past experience working with User Research, User Experience Design, Data Science, Engineering, and other Product teams
Prior technical experience or education
Proficiency working with distributed teams
Documenting requirements for Eng and Prod Teams
Translating requirements into actionable user stories
Doing product discovery

Salary & EligibilityStarting pay range$120,000-$140,000 USDPay TransparencyIndividual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change.
