MBA or equivalent is a plus. _ Preferred Skills: _ · Experience working in a startup or fast-paced technology environment. · Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks. · Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and platforms. _ Responsibilities: _ Product Strategy and Vision: o Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for AI solutions in the financial services sector. o Identify market opportunities and prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility. Roadmap Development: o Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder expectations. o Balance short-term delivery goals with long-term strategic growth. Product Development: o Lead product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including gathering requirements, creating user stories, and managing sprints. o Develop detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories, outlining functional specifications, user flows, and acceptance criteria. Stakeholder Collaboration: o Work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to develop innovative and scalable solutions. o Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather insights and validate product concepts. Market Analysis: o Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure product differentiation. o Identify key customer personas and use cases to inform product development. Product Lifecycle Management: o Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing iteration. o Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement. Compliance and Risk Management: o Ensure that all products adhere to relevant financial regulations and compliance standards. o Partner with legal and regulatory teams to address risks associated with AI in financial services.
