Product Manager, e-signature business
Location: Remote (Europe preferred)

We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead our core eSignature business. You’ll be responsible for the full product lifecycle of our electronic signature capabilities — from defining the vision to driving execution and adoption.
This is a unique opportunity to own and grow a strategic part of our core product with potential to expand and deepen our eSignature capabilities across standard, qualified and advanced signatures.
We are looking for a product manager who is comfortable and experienced executing across the software product lifecycle and has ambition to create, own and drive a strategic long term vision.
In this role, you will:
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Product Development
Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
Prioritize feature backlog based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback through interviews, surveys, and analytics.
Work closely with sales and customer success to understand user needs and pain points.
Present product plans and updates to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
Metrics & Performance
Define and track KPIs to evaluate product performance and drive data-informed decisions.
Use analytics tools to measure adoption, retention, and user engagement.
Lifecycle Management
Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
Coordinate go-to-market strategies, product launches, and cross-functional release plans.
About You:
Pro-active and self starter attitude!
2-3 years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development teams.
Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Figma, and analytics platforms.
