Product Manager - DoseSpot Connect

The Role: We’re looking for a Product Manager with a passion for driving execution and building process discipline within a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role sits at the heart of DoseSpot Connect, partnering closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to turn strategy into shipped, customer-impacting features.You’ll wear multiple hats: Product Owner, Scrum Lead, and Delivery Driver. You’ll help shape the roadmap, own sprint execution, manage dependencies, and keep everyone focused on outcomes. If you love turning ambiguity into action plans and get energized by cross-functional problem solving, this is your role.What you'll do: Product ManagementOwn the product backlog for key features and programs within DoseSpot Connect.Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure clarity for the engineering team.Drive prioritization decisions, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.Partner with Product leadership to contribute to roadmap planning and delivery forecasting.Run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive continuous product iteration.Analyze product performance and customer engagement data to identify areas for improvement.Agile DeliveryRun sprint ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, backlog grooming.Track sprint velocity, dependencies, and blockers—working with engineering leads to keep delivery on track.Own go/no-go decisions for feature releases in coordination with engineering and QA.Lead cross-team coordination for multi-sprint or multi-team initiatives.Establish and continuously improve delivery processes, playbooks, and tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).Data-Driven Product InsightsGenerate reports and insights using tools like Pendo, Power BI, or SQL (basic querying proficiency preferred).Help Product and Engineering leadership make informed decisions with delivery and usage data.Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as the primary day-to-day execution point between Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders.Coordinate with QA, UX, and Customer teams to ensure high-quality, customer-centric feature releases.Manage communication with third-party vendors and technical partners as needed.What you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, or a hybrid Product Owner/Delivery Lead role in a SaaS environment.Familiarity with product analytics tools (Pendo, Power BI) and ability to run basic SQL queries for reporting (or willingness to learn).Proven ability to independently manage delivery processes and proactively identify, escalate, and resolve execution risks without close supervision.Demonstrated proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience leading or directly facilitating sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)Knowledge of or skills to quickly learn development platforms such as Azure DevOps and JiraExcellent organizational and communication skills—you make complex programs feel manageable and keep stakeholders aligned.Proven ability to work independently and thrive in fast-changing environments.Preferred Qualifications:Scrum Master certificationHealthcare or SaaS experiencePharmaceutical experience a plusYou Will Enjoy This Role IfYou are detail-oriented and proactiveYou thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable with ambiguityYou enjoy helping teams run more efficientlyBenefits & Perks: Remote work environment with a flexible work schedule to encourage work-life balance✈Annual company offsite Generous leave package including flexible time off policy that encourages team members to take time off to relax and recharge; plus 13 paid holidays, paid sick leave, and paid parental leave Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family, plus a company funded FSA & HSA (dependent on which medical plan you choose) 401(k) company match One-time workspace reimbursement to help you optimize your remote workspaceDoseSpot is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
