Product Manager, Customer Service - Remote Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our contact center platform, ensuring seamless interactions between our customers and support specialists. As a key member of our Customer Service organization, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our customer support technology.
About the Role:

Lead the development and improvement of our contact center platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data science.
Drive the adoption of third-party solutions and develop a long-term strategy and roadmap for our contact center platform.
Partner with CS functional teams to understand their vision and challenges, delivering tailored solutions that enhance the customer and specialist experience.
Manage integrations and adoption of product features, working closely with engineering, data science, and third-party solution providers.

Responsibilities:

Provide product management leadership for our contact center platform, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with internal tools.
Define strategy, capture requirements, prioritize features, identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate plans.
Collaborate with global teams to understand regional support expectations and design experiences that meet those needs.
Embody the unique Netflix culture, prioritizing a customer-obsessed and innovative approach.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products.
Proven ability to make data-informed decisions and drive projects that quantitatively improve customer and specialist experiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaborative relationships cross-functionally.
Experience working with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and CRM products, as well as a focus on customer care, is highly desirable.
