Product Manager, Customer Service
We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Product Manager, Customer Service at Netflix who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and executing customer service strategies that align with our product roadmap and ensure our customers’ satisfaction. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think analytically and solve complex problems. A working knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems is also required. Additionally, you should have experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
