Product Manager, Customer Benefits Experiences
We're seeking a Product Manager, Customer Benefits Experiences to support a dynamic financial services team. Our client, a leading banking organization, is focused on enhancing digital customer journeys and benefits. This remote role is a Temp position centered on creating intuitive, scalable digital experiences that maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
*Product Manager, Customer Benefits Experiences Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define product vision and develop strategic roadmaps.
* Translate requirements into actionable user stories and maintain the product backlog in Jira.
* Partner with Scrum teams to prioritize features, review sprint progress, and ensure readiness for deployment.
* Lead cross-functional workstreams with partners across strategy, design, technology, and marketing.
* Use data insights and user feedback to refine customer journeys and continuously improve the product experience.
*Product Manager, Customer Benefits Experiences Qualifications:*
* Over 5 years of experience in digital product management within a fast-paced environment.
* Proven ability to manage complex programs using Agile methodologies.
* Strong analytical skills to assess opportunities and recommend solutions.
* Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership.
* Demonstrated success in building momentum and fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
