Job Description: We are looking for a Product Manager to join a high-impact data science initiative within the digital advertising and video intelligence industry. In this role, you'll own the data science product roadmap and serve as the bridge between the DS squad and the broader engineering organization, supporting model development, dataset validation, and cross-functional delivery. You'll collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, including Sales and Customer Success teams, to translate high-level business objectives into clear product requirements. This is a strategic and hands-on position, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, data science, and engineering in a fast-paced, global environment. What You'll Be Doing Own the data science product roadmap, aligning business objectives with model development priorities Manage inbound requests from Sales and Customer Success teams, triaging and prioritizing based on business impact Translate high-level business goals into product requirements for the DS squad and engineering org Oversee model development lifecycle, including dataset validation, model tradeoffs, and cost considerations Ensure model quality and robustness before reaching production, identifying issues early in the development cycle Define success metrics and scope data science initiatives in collaboration with technical teams Drive coordination across teams with a product-first mindset, balancing delivery with strategic thinking Act as the central point of contact between the data science squad and the broader engineering organization Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in product or program management, ideally in data focused or technical environments within financial services or a regulated industry 2–4 years of experience managing a data science or similar technical team (Must) Deep understanding of data science lifecycles, including how to scope initiatives and define success metrics (Must) Proven experience creating quality and robust training data for model development Experience working with large-scale datasets (e.g., millions of records in user-generated content environments) Ability to identify and mitigate model issues before reaching production Strong product mindset with enough project management sensibility to coordinate across distributed teams Experience managing inbound requests and aligning cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Engineering) Additional Information: Our Perks and Benefits: Learning Opportunities: Certifications in AWS (we are AWS Partners), Databricks, and Snowflake.
