The Product Manager is a key role within our Product Management team, tasked with the development and execution of our software products. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, this position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure product-market fit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong blend of technical acumen, analytical capability, and market insight, combined with a value-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Deliver product releases in line with the publicly stated roadmap commitments and sprint schedules. Document and execute product decisions driven by customer feedback, thorough market analysis, and data on product use. Drive growth in key business metrics through the strategic execution of initiatives outlined in the product roadmap. Meet development sprint goals by ensuring clear documentation of requirements and gaining buy-in from engineering, sales, and support teams. Meet product profit and loss targets by making informed forecasting and resource allocation decisions.
