We also help our companies with recruitment and connect them to industry experts. We're looking for a Product Manager for our portfolio company, Awesomic . About Awesomic Awesomic is a fast-growing SaaS platform that connects businesses with top creative and tech talents around the globe through an AI-driven algorithm. Since our launch in 2020, we’ve successfully delivered over 14,000 projects for 4,000+ clients, including Reface, Lift99, SilviaTerra, YC-backed startups, and various VC-funded companies. Our mission? To make creative collaboration effortless — powered by AI and human expertise. We’re now looking for a Product Manager to join our global team and help shape the next evolution of Awesomic. What You’ll Do: You’ll take full ownership of one of our core product areas — leading strategy, execution, and optimization. In this role, you’ll: Drive MRR growth by launching new subscription models and impactful product features. Lead a cross-functional team (engineers, designers, analysts) and streamline daily workflows for max efficiency. Develop and execute a data-driven product roadmap aligned with business objectives. Run A/B tests and analyze results to validate hypotheses and continuously improve user experience. Research competitors and trends to identify must-have features and innovation opportunities. Build systems for user retention , performance tracking, and risk reduction (churn prevention). Champion data-informed decision making — making sure every release is grounded in measurable impact. About you: 3+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, startup, or tech environments. Proven ability to build and grow products end-to-end. Strong analytical mindset — hands-on with data, metrics, and SQL basics . Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholders. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented mindset — you treat the product like your own. Comfortable working async and remotely in a fast-moving environment.
