Summary

A Product Manager (PM) drives the development, strategy, and lifecycle of a product from conception to launch, acting as the intersection between business, user experience, and technology. They define product vision, create roadmaps, analyze user needs, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Your role in our mission

Strategy & Vision: Develop product strategy, long-term vision, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Stakeholder & Market Research: Analyze stakeholder needs, feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities.

Requirements & Execution: Translate strategy into detailed roadmap and features and prioritize features for engineering and scrum teams.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, stakeholders, and presales to guide product development, launch, and positioning.

Data Analysis: Define success metrics (KPIs) and use data to make informed decisions and measure product performance.

What we're looking for

Strategic & Analytical Skills: Ability to translate high-level vision into actionable product plans, leveraging strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Technical & Product Expertise: Solid technical understanding to collaborate with engineering teams and assess feasibility, with proven experience managing products throughout their lifecycle.

Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management (or related roles such as project management or technical positions).

Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a Product Management certification (flexible on type).

What you should expect in this role

This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.

Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

New employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.

For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.

Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.

The use of AI during interviews is prohibited.

The pay range for this position is $116,600.00 - $166,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
