Our engineers, designers, and strategists cut through complexity to create intuitive products and services that equip federal agencies with solutions to courageously transform today for a better tomorrow.Responsibilities:Provide product owner/management responsibilities to a customer support-focused agile team? Lead and mentor the team in SAFe Agile values, principles, and practices? Define, refine and prioritize the product backlog for multiple workstreams? Analyze new and complex product-related problems and create solutions that involve timelines, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components, of the customer support product. Coordinate iterative improvements of the customer support product with government liaisons, HCD, Engineering and team members, including requirements development, and health metrics.? Utilize tools and reports, such as JIRA and Confluence, to collect, develop and analyze agile data and metrics while tracking and managing progress.? Facilitate product backlog and refinement ceremonies.? Prepare for PI (Program Increment) Planning?(SAFe).? Ability to track and set up metrics to evaluate customer support activities Ability to develop and maintain documentation for knowledgebase/playbook use? Ability to evaluate and make recommendations for improved customer support processes and workflows? Ability to lead customer support tool migration (ex: Salesforce or Service Now) using HCD and product principles? Additionally provide other product owner/product management responsibilities? Act as a product evangelist and become the subject matter expert of customer support as a product throughout the delivery lifecycle.? Lead and mentor the team in Agile values, principles, and practices. ? Support the preparation, maintenance and communicate the product roadmap, which defines product enhancements for short and long-term releases.? Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high quality delivery.?? Accepts completed development efforts by ensuring that the user value is delivered, and acceptance criteria are met.? RequirementsRequired Qualifications:All candidates must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government. This requires candidates to either be U.S. citizens or pass clearance through the Foreign National Government System which will require that candidates have lived within the United States for at least 3 out of the previous 5 years, have a valid and non-expired passport from their country of birth and appropriate VISA/work permit documentation.Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field/equivalent work experience.4-7 years of relevant experience in product management and end-to-end product delivery in the government or commercial healthcare industry.Strong communication skills to translate technical risks into business impact for non-? technical stakeholders.? Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Slack and other communication and delivery applications.? Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.? Excellent oral and written communication skills.? Experience in enterprise level, cross-functional agile teams.? Experience leading customer support team(s) Desired Qualifications:Additional SAFe Certifications (Certified PO/PM, or Leading SAFe certifications).? Experience with government agencies, contractors, or public sector partners? Domain knowledge of customer support product/service management Medicare, Medicaid or healthcare verticals experience? Working Environment: eSimplicity supports a remote work environment operating within the Eastern time zone so we can work with and respond to our government clients. Expected hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by your manager.Occasional travel for training and project meetings.
