In this pivotal role, you will work at the intersection of neuroscience, technology, and clinical care. You will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and executing product initiatives that strengthen provider-client relationships, optimize user engagement, and deliver measurable value to our customers, while driven by a deep passion for improving lives.

This role requires close collaboration with engineering and is perfect for a self-starter eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization in the health technology space.
What You Will DoOwn product initiatives end-to-end across web and mobile (iOS & Android): identify opportunities, define problems, shape solutions, ship features, measure results, and iterate based on what you learn.Develop a deep understanding of providers and clients to uncover opportunities that improve outcomes, engagement, retention, and the overall provider-client experience.Design and improve experiences that strengthen the relationship between providers and clients, supporting communication, adherence, and long-term engagement.Use data, analytics, and customer feedback to prioritize effectively and focus on high-impact work.Run experiments and test new ideas to validate assumptions and continuously improve the product through measurable iteration.Break down complex problems into clear product requirements and practical execution plans for engineering.Partner closely with engineering, speaking their language, understanding technical tradeoffs at a high level, and staying aligned on how solutions are being built.Manage day-to-day product operations: maintain and prioritize the roadmap and backlog, write clear product specs, remove blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned.Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy to gather insights, support launches, explore growth opportunities, and drive adoption.Define clear success metrics and ensure releases create meaningful value for customers and measurable impact for the business.Continuously look for ways to simplify, improve, and scale the Unyte platform focusing on impact over feature volume.
You Are a Great Candidate If You HaveAlignment with Unyte's mission and valuesAt least 3-5 years of product management experience at a technology product companyPrior demonstration on bringing great product experiences to marketStrong problem-solving skills and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous challengesAn experimentation mindset, comfortable testing ideas, learning quickly, and iterating based on resultsAbility to work closely with engineering, participating in high level technical discussionsExperience using data to guide prioritization and measure product impactClear and effective communication skills across functions

Expected Annual Salary: CAD $90,000 – $120,000.Please note: This is the expected range for the position; however, it should not discourage you from applying. If you believe youre a strong fit for the role, we encourage you to submit your application regardless of salary expectations.
