You don’t wait to be told what to do; you ask questions, propose ideas, and move quicklyAbility to think critically, look at data, and draw logical conclusions to make informed decisionsStrong communication skills and empathy, allowing you to effectively collaborate with the team and talk to usersWill be a huge plus:Understanding of B2C activation, engagement, and retention mechanismsHow we get things done?Remote-first, but we have offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia), so you can mix and match if you prefer.
