Product Manager

Coder is hiring a Product Manager to help us methodically define customer problems and work directly with engineering to validate in-product feature enhancements. In our work environment, there will be little abstraction between you, our community, and our technical decision-makers.What you’ll do hereResearch and define customer problems via customer calls, support tickets, community feedback, and weighing other solutions in the ecosystemWork with engineering to evaluate and weigh several solutions, such as minor docs improvements, ecosystem partnerships, or large-scale product/feature overhaulsClarify our feature design and implementation cycles via problem statements and product requirementsWhat we’re looking for2+ years of experience working in the DevOps/Platform Engineering space, either as a vendor or as an industry practitioner2+ years of experience writing and designing software, including basic UI/UX design.
