The OpportunityModernFi is hiring a Product Manager to help scale our platform as we expand across the bank and credit union landscape. As a core member of our high-impact Product and Engineering team, you’ll take ownership of initiatives from concept to launch, working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, account management, and leadership to design solutions that are functional, scalable, and beloved by our clients. You’ll deepen your expertise, contribute to mission-critical systems, and build products that empower banks and credit unions to better serve their communities and improve financial health nationwide.ResponsibilitiesOwn the product lifecycle across key areas of the platform: from discovery and prioritization to specification, implementation, and launchCollaborate with engineering, operations, account management, and leadership to ship scalable and secure financial infrastructureWork closely with clients and partners to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure product-market fitTranslate business objectives and user problems into structured product requirements and actionable development plans, including using Linear to create and manage projects and tickets that translate product requirements into clear, actionable workflows for the engineering teamDefine and monitor success metrics; make data-informed decisions to iterate and improveEnsure cross-functional alignment and clarity throughout development and release cyclesSupport go-to-market, training, and documentation efforts to drive adoption and client successOperate with urgency, integrity, and attention to detail—every decision you make should reflect our role as systemically-important infrastructureAbout You3+ years of experience in product management at a SaaS, software, or fintech company preferredDemonstrated ability to take ownership of complex product areas and drive them to meaningful outcomesExceptional communication and organizational skillsComfort working with technical teams and understanding how software is builtA track record of execution, with examples of shipping high-quality features under tight timelinesStrong user empathy and a problem-solving mindsetDeep appreciation for the relationship between product, operations, compliance, and client successHunger to build, drive impact, and be part of a high-performance teamAbout UsThe caliber and character of the ModernFi team set us apart.We value competence and drive over experience and seek compassionate people with diverse backgrounds.
