This is a unique opportunity for someone with proven success in fast-paced startup environments to help shape and scale our product team from the ground up.In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in every stage of the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and beyond. Collaborating closely with our current Product team, you’ll lead strategic initiatives to uncover user needs and market opportunities, craft innovative and actionable product requirements, and execute impactful solutions. You’ll also play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategies, ensuring our product not only solves meaningful problems but also stands out in a competitive landscape. You’ll also have a direct influence on building out our product strategy.RequirementsWhat You’ll Do: Conduct in-depth user research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities. Collaborate closely with the Product Management team, leadership, and other business units to define and execute the product strategy. Translate user needs into detailed product requirements and user stories. Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to ensure seamless execution. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration. This is a SaaS product. Technical knowledge of managing this kind of product is required. Help define and refine processes as we grow the product team, contributing to a culture of collaboration and innovation. Track product performance and customer feedback, using data-driven insights to inform future decisions. What We’re Looking For: Technical Experience: SaaS and technical Product Management experience is required. Startup experience: You’ve worked as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and thrived. Small team success: You have experience working on a small product team and are excited about helping scale that team. Hands-on mindset: You’re not looking to manage people; you’re looking to contribute directly alongside your team. End-to-end expertise: You’ve conducted research, built requirements, and successfully executed and marketed products. Exceptional communication: You can collaborate across teams and clearly articulate product vision and priorities. Problem-solving skills: You’re resourceful and adaptable, able to navigate ambiguity with confidence. Data-driven decision-making: You know how to analyze data to inform decisions and drive product improvements. What You Must Have: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder; must be able to pass an FBI background check. Willing to undergo background checks in order to work with the highly sensitive data entrusted to us to positively impact the world. Willing to take and pass a drug test.
