Product Manager

In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to shape strategic roadmaps, drive innovation and make a real impact. We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of data and analytics who can ensure we’re making smart, data-driven decisions across the business. As a key product leader, you’ll empower teams and play a vital role in delivering solutions that make education more equitable and accessible for everyone.What you will do Develop and maintain a clear strategy for both internal and external data and analytics Collaborate with product leadership and the broader business to create a clear and compelling strategy and roadmap Provide effective leadership throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery Work with the team to define product iteration objectives and schedule feature releases Ensure EP’s business intelligence is accurate, secure, and compliant with all privacy and security standards Provide support for the sales process through effective engagement with customers, input into RFPs and participation in other pre-sales activities as needed Coordinate the go-to-market launch of new product features in collaboration with our Marketing team Help EP thrive in the markets we currently play in and beyond, while supporting the creation of more equitable and accessible education for all About you An adaptable and collaborative leader who quickly gains and holds the respect and confidence of others Strong understanding of how data and analytics enhance product and commercial decisions, ensuring such resources are available Skilled in working with data and analytic products, platforms, reporting, dash-boarding and metric analysis Deep understanding of commercial drivers and market competition, with a track record of making informed decisions in these contexts Experienced in building and leading empowered teams, driving product development for high-growth SaaS software within cross-functional teams Proficiency in delivering technically complex B2B or operational software, beyond single-purpose applications Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies and leadership roles What we offer Be part of an empowered team of PMs, who control their own roadmaps, working with an excellent tech stack in a fast-moving SaaS environment As our team is based globally, we offer both remote and flexible working arrangements For our remote workers, a communication allowance towards your monthly internet or phone charges and $1000 towards setting up your home office Three extra days of annual leave during our end of year shut down period, parental leave top ups and a community service day Wellness allowance to use on anything to support your mental and physical wellness EAP with unlimited sessions Employee Equity Bonus Plan Employee referral program - $2000 when you refer a new team member Ongoing professional development, including opportunities to develop your career into other areas of our business and access to EPs Learning Hub EP support groups - Mana Wahine, DEI, Environmental Impact and Wellness Committees The opportunity to work within a growing global business with Diversity Works accreditation, Carbon Net Zero BCorp status, Digital Promise certification, and an unwavering commitment to our mission, people, and community We celebrate individuality, value diversity, and understand that flexible and remote work opportunities enable our team members to work in a way that fosters creativity and inspires individual brilliance.
