Responsibilities We are seeking a Product Lead to support our Head of Product in driving the strategy, design, and execution of Noble’s core offerings, with a focus on retail users and mainstream adoption. This role is ideal for someone who combines product management expertise with a strong understanding of consumer financial products and digital adoption strategies. As Product Lead, you will help shape go-to-market strategies and execute product initiatives that make Noble’s products—such as Noble Dollar, Noble Swaps, and Noble Lend—accessible, trusted, and impactful for users around the world. PRODUCT STRATEGY & EXECUTION Collaborate closely with the Head of Product to define product strategy and roadmap for Noble’s offerings (Noble Dollar, Noble Swaps, Noble Lend, etc.) and their retail applications Translate user insights into actionable product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications Manage engineering resources (internal and external) to deliver against roadmap priorities on time Create and maintain product-specific documentation that aligns stakeholders and accelerates execution Monitor product performance metrics and iterate rapidly to improve adoption, retention, and user satisfaction.
