Product Growth Specialist/ Manager (Futures)

Responsibilities Research and identify new business opportunities to grow user base, capture new user segments, and increase revenue channels Identify and leverage growth channels, including but not limited to referral, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and partnerships Be the product owner, able to coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Marketing, Country Teams) to execute business strategy and rollout new growth initiatives Proactively monitor and analyze key metrics to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement Develop market-fit and innovative trading, execution and analytics strategies to broaden product and growth offerings to improve retail conversion Stay updated on emerging trends, competitor landscape, community feedback and best practices in exchange products, growth hacking and digital marketing Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field 3+ years of experience in growth hacking or digital marketing, preferably in IT companies At least 2 years of experience in the crypto industry, preferable in a Growth or Product role Track record of leading/participating in key product launches or growth efforts.
