Product Director Payment Banking

## Job Responsibilities: Work closely with the business to create, maintain and communicate the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind Deliver complex projects by defining features, write product specifications, user studies, iterate on feedback, review QA test plans, prioritize bug fixes, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner Interview and interact with customers to build empathy, ensuring that their needs are met Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately and weigh tradeoffs that must be made Work closely with teams such as design, frontend and backend to deliver features that are first-in-class Constantly understand market development and dynamics to ensure our products and features are best-in-class Represent the team in communication with cross-functional teams ## Job Requirements: At least 10 years of fintech product management experience, domain knowledge in US payment systems and cash clearing networks a huge advantage Good aptitude for understanding technical APIs and translating them to how they impact user stories is preferred Hands-on and astute attention to detail especially in settlement flow design A data-informed work > A passion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiences trong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to meet tight delivery timelines and goals where necessary Ability to manage C-level stakeholders and clearly articulate prioritization decisions and considerations • *If you’re passionate about blockchain and decentralized technologies, explore more opportunities in web3 and cryptocurrency careers.** Apply tot his job
