Product Designer (Web UX and UI, 1-Month Contract)

Who you are
You are a product designer who can move fast without sacrificing clarity. You are comfortable defining structure, flows, and UI systems that engineers can ship with minimal ambiguity.
You are preferably based in Canada, or located in a time zone aligned with Vancouver, Canada (Pacific Standard Time).
All applicants must be legally eligible to work in their country of residence.
Scope for the 1-month design window
• Information architecture and navigation for the customer-facing web app
• Wireframes for critical user journeys
• UI kit including:
• Design tokens
• Components
• Forms, tables, and states
• Error handling and responsiveness
• High-fidelity designs for primary screens and flows
• Developer handoff pack including:
• Figma links
• Design specs
• Interaction notes
• Acceptance criteria
Have-to-have
• Strong experience designing web applications, not marketing sites
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end UX and UI under tight timelines
• Experience creating scalable UI kits and component systems
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers
• Clear, structured handoff practices
