Product Designer, Dasher Earnings
About the position Responsibilities • Lead design and strategy for the end-to-end Dasher experience with a focus on earnings. • Create significant improvements in the Dasher experience through new products and services. • Utilize systems thinking, platform thinking, and product thinking to enhance the Dasher earnings experience. • Collaborate with PM, Engineering, Research, and Operations teams to influence product and design strategy. Requirements • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer. • Strong ability to drive clarity in ambiguous spaces. • Passion for visual design and attention to detail. Nice-to-haves • Experience in designing for complex three-sided marketplaces. • Familiarity with logistics or delivery platforms.
