Product Designer
As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to implementation. Your role will focus on creating innovative, user-centric product designs that solve business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to develop and refine design systems and deliver high-quality design outputs.
The impact you'll have:
Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to align with project goals and user expectations.
Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
Utilize prototyping tools and techniques to iterate on designs and support user testing.
Contribute to the design process for key features and work closely with product managers and engineers.
Contribute to the evolution of design systems and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Ensure all design deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
Manage assigned design tasks and projects, delivering high-quality results within established timelines.
Gather requirements and understand business objectives to translate into actionable design solutions.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their growth within the team.
Drive rapid design ideation and prototyping by utilizing AI tools and methodologies to quickly explore user flows and high-value use cases.
What you'll bring:
3-5 years of experience in a UX/product design role, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and outcomes.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Strong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
Experience with prototyping tools and techniques to iterate and refine designs.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on design implementation.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field preferred.
Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the field of product design.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering user-centered design solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of taking initiative and driving projects forward independently.
Ability to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks based on business impact and user needs.

U.S. Pay Range
$75,000—$95,000 USD
