You'll work closely with our product, engineering, and customer success teams to create exceptional user experiences that solve real business problems for our customers.You'll Do:Lead end-to-end design processes from research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and implementationCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web applicationsCollaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into compelling user experiencesDevelop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across the platformConduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand customer needs and pain pointsAnalyze user behavior data and feedback to inform design decisionsCreate user personas and journey maps to guide product developmentWork closely with customer success teams to gather insights from existing usersPartner with engineering teams to ensure feasible and high-quality implementation of designsPresent design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadershipParticipate in product planning and roadmap discussionsEstablish and iterate on design processes and workflowsMaintain design documentation and asset librariesStay current with B2B SaaS design trends and best practicesContribute to building a strong design culture within the organizationYou Have:3-5 years of product design experience, preferably with B2B SaaS or enterprise softwareStrong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and successful product launchesProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with prototyping tools and basic understanding of front-end development constraintsKnowledge of usability testing methods and user research techniquesUnderstanding of accessibility principles and responsive designExcellent communication and presentation skillsBachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)Bonus Points For:Experience working at early-stage startups or fast-growing companiesBackground in designing complex workflows, dashboards, or data visualizationFamiliarity with agile development processesBasic HTML/CSS knowledgeExperience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisionsUnderstanding of business metrics and how design impacts key performance indicatorsOriginally posted on Himalayas
