Over six months, you’ll gain hands-on experience, sharpen your skills, and contribute directly to the global platform powering the world’s largest online advertisers. Here’s What You’ll Do at Smartly… Design with impact: Craft user experiences that help millions of people and businesses succeed. Learn by doing: Work alongside experienced mentors and peers in real product design and engineering teams. Level up your craft: Strengthen your skills in design and research, and tools like Figma. Make a difference: Help solve real user challenges and improve our product at scale. Here’s What We’re Looking For… Education: You’ve recently completed (or are about to complete) your degree in digital design, research, or a related field. Hands-on experience: You bring design experience from, for example, internships or summer jobs - you’re not starting from scratch. Experience with Figma is recommended. Learning mindset: Curiosity, problem-solving, and eagerness to grow matter most. Full-time availability: This is a 37.5h/week program for the full 6 months. Applicants must be able to commit to the entire duration. Entry-level focus: This program is designed as a launchpad into your first permanent, full-time product design role. If you already have several years of full-time industry experience, this program isn’t the right fit. English proficiency: Comfortable working in English, our company language. Helsinki presence: You’ll be based in our Helsinki office at least 3 days per week (hybrid model).
