Company Description Nuur is an AI-driven mental wellbeing platform with two tracks: Nuur (B2B): A corporate solution designed for employees in the MENA region. Currently in discovery, it focuses on building culturally relevant, AI-powered mental health support for workplaces. Nuur Kids (with Alnowair): A joint venture targeting student wellbeing for ages 8–22 across GCC schools. The pilot (Sept–Dec 2025) blends AI coaching, culturally adapted content, and gamified learning for students, parents, and schools. Job Description We are seeking a talented and innovative Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences and creating intuitive, visually appealing products that meet our customers' needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and drive product innovation. Lead the design process from concept to implementation, creating user-centered designs that align with business goals and user needs Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and iterate on designs Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders and incorporate feedback Contribute to the creation of user flows, sitemaps, and information architecture Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work Expertise in UX/UI design tools, with advanced proficiency in Figma Solid understanding of product design methodologies and design thinking principles Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping Experience in conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions Ability to create comprehensive design documentation, including sitemaps and specifications Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions Experience with design systems and component-based design Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and best practices Familiarity with Agile development processes Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Arabic speaking Additional Information
