We are looking for a mid level designer with SaaS experience to work in our London office in the middle of Soho. The salary range for this role is competitive and based on experience. Occasionally, you'll be able to contribute to our overall brand through exciting projects such as keynotes, 1-minute video ads, or web design.Requirements2+ years of full-time product design experience at a SaaS startup.A portfolio of exceptional product designs shipped within a fast-paced environment.Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills.Experience designing complex product workflows, ideally B2B, from ideation to high-fidelity mocks, and take a system-centric approach to design (think and work with components).Good written and verbal communication skills to articulate the reasoning behind your designs.Ability to translate insights from product analytics (Posthog) or user interviews into concepts.Proficient in Figma.Day-to-day:Work through design problems from beginning to end.
