Product Data Coordinator (Hybrid) Bolingbrook

S&S Activewear is a leading North American distributor of imprintable apparel, and they are seeking a Product Data Coordinator to support the Marketing department. The primary objective of this role is to manage product data procurement, setup, and category classifications on the S&S website. Responsibilities Request product information from vendors and brand partners Manage database of SKUs throughout product life cycle for an assigned set of brands Manage product enrichment including all PDD information, web descriptions, product categories, companion and comparable styles Collaborate with Purchasing Department to ensure they are notified of all stocked assortment updates Collaborate with Imagery Department to ensure all imagery is loaded prior to a product launch Collaborate with Pricing Department to ensure all pricing is loaded prior to a product launch Manage communication with vendors and brand partners regarding Sustainable Style criteria Skills Wholesale promotional industry experience a plus Strong attention to detail Ability to take direction and work independently Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships Highly resourceful, self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel a plus Benefits Vacation Personal, and Sick time Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability coverage Flexible Spending Accounts 401(k) plan Discounts on brand‑name apparel Fun employee events Meaningful opportunities for growth and advancement Company Overview S&S Activewear is a leading, technology-enabled apparel and accessory distributor in the US and Canada, with 4M+ sq ft of warehouse space.
