They are seeking a Product Data Analyst, Servicing to work cross-functionally to synthesize data, analyze borrower data, and define new features and processes in a hybrid capacity.ResponsibilitiesWork cross functionally to synthesize data and streamline reconciliation processes across pipeline teamsDeliver actionable findings and partner with product managers to prioritize solutionsAnalyze borrower data and internal stakeholder requests to prioritize product defectsTroubleshoot issues to develop immediate workarounds and determine long-term solutionsDefine new features and servicing-related processes with technical specs, wire frames, product flows, and proceduresAssist with system and operational documentationSkills1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial services or dataAdvanced knowledge of SQL and PythonStrong communication skills with ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to deliver technical and business solutionsEntrepreneurial mindset when approaching problems.
