This position plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our product database for a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Ā Gather, organize, and update product information including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images for our e-commerce platform.
Ā Source and obtain high-quality product images from various suppliers, ensuring they meet established quality standards and brand guidelines.
Ā Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available on the website.
Ā Maintain consistency and accuracy in product details and images across all product listings.
Ā Research and implement improvements in content quality and presentation to optimize the customer experience.
Ā Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by cross-referencing data and coordinating with relevant departments.
Ā Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce content management.
Ā Manage and organize a small group of project assistants.
Requirements:
Ā Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ā Proficiency in data entry and content management systems.
Ā Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ā Familiarity with image editing software and basic graphic design skills.
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Prior experience in e-commerce, content management, or a related field is a plus.
