Product Business Analyst - Mortgage
Description:
Product Business Analysts will author product requirements for a product or set of products.
This role will act as a subject matter expert on customer needs to guide R&D teams to build the right solution for the market.
The role will collect and analyze data for potential business expansion.
Expected Duties:
Product Business Analysts will define the root causes of business problems with general guidance.
Expected to elicit, generate, and refine product requirements for new and existing system functionality.
Responsible for documenting requirements in software development lifecycle artifacts.
Product Business Analysts will contribute to the preparation and review of test procedures and reports.
The role will test out the business processes and recommend relevant improvements.
Expected to provide support as a project team member as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience)
Be able to work on problems of a moderate scope which are often varied and routine where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
Be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Ability to apply learned techniques and contributes to analysis and investigation to solve problems
Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions
