About the Role
We are hiring a Product Builder (User Experience) to design and build the end-to-end user experience for
Reml Insights
and
Reml Notes
.
This role focuses on turning complex workflows into clear, intuitive, and production-ready product experiences.
Responsibilities
• Design and implement end-to-end user journeys
• Translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces
• Build and prototype features (not just mockups)
• Shape information hierarchy, insight presentation, and user flows
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ship and iterate quickly
Qualifications
Required
• Experience building frontend or full-stack applications
• Ability to translate product ideas into working implementations
• Strong understanding of user experience and interaction design
Preferred
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
• Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma)
• Interest in real estate, finance, or data-driven products
• Experience with B2B or data-heavy applications
Work Environment
• Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
• Early-stage, fast-paced (0→1 build environment)
• High ownership and collaboration
Compensation
• Hourly, based on experience
