Product Associate (Contract)
Medcan is a leader in Canadian healthcare, and they are seeking a Product Associate to join their team on a 6-month contract. The role involves supporting product management efforts for the LiveWell Assessments portfolio, enhancing client health outcomes and business objectives through research, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of the product roadmap by assisting with research, analysis, and coordination to enhance existing products and inform future improvementsContribute to documenting product processes, insights, and learnings by working with stakeholders across clinical, operations, and commercial teamsHelp establish and maintain mechanisms to collect, track, and synthesize client, user, and internal feedback to support product enhancementsAssist with cross-functional product discussions by preparing materials, summaries, and insights related to product performance and improvement opportunitiesAnalyze basic product and client metrics to understand user behaviour, engagement, and product performance, and support data informed recommendationsSupport the successful delivery of assigned product initiatives and projects, including tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and meeting timelinesProvide general support to the product team as needed, gaining exposure to the end-to-to-end product lifecycleSkillsA completed post-secondary degree; Health Sciences, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management/Administration preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot)Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative information into clear insightsEffective written and verbal communication skills, with an eagerness to learn and contributeStrong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environmentCompany OverviewMedcan is a global leader in proactive health and wellness services and is devoted to providing care for individuals, families and employers that is grounded in the latest evidence-based practices, technologies and treatments.
